Catch Up

It's been a little while since I updated my blog and Alex said he was going to update his so I thought I'd update mine as well.

The last post I submitted was how I felt discriminated against by the Center for Learning at Capital and that I was thinking about applying to capital just as a transfer student - well that is what I did, and I got in!!! I will be starting school on August 31st. I figure it will take me 2 years to complete my degree in Psychology & minor in Religion - I am very excited! I will admit though that I am very nervous as well...I keep thinking am I going to stick out with being older, can I really go back to school? I guess I will find out in a few weeks won't I?

This past Friday was Alex's last day of CPE (clinical pastor education) at the OSU medical center and I have to say I am SUPER happy that he's done. This summer has been more stressful than I could have ever imagined it would be. I will be happy when the kids are back in school though Alex and I only get 2 days together of just him and I before I'm in school. He doesn't start until September 8th. It will be an interesting fall that is for sure with all 4 of us in school - it will be interesting to see how my homework load is and trying to manage stuff around the house - ther eis no doubt in my mind though that Alex will help around the house as well. He is the best when it comes to stuff like that!

So I guess that is what's been happening around here in a nutshell, but we are all excited to be starting school soon!
