Greek is over and I lived to tell about it

Yes Greek is over (well he has to go to class tomorrow but he's done with all his work) so we get to spend a little bit of time together, I'm so excited!! Of course next week on Tuesday the kids will start school which I'm excited because Alex gets to walk with us too then on Wednesday Alex starts Orientation. We're planning to visit our parents over Labor Day weekend and after that I'm thinking we'll finally have a schedule around here. Alex has class Monday - Thursday but he should be home for dinner each night which is really weird. Some people would think that is normal but Alex used to work retail and for a while he closed every night so we never ate dinner together.
Tomorrow after class we're going to take the kids to Easton because they are having a soccer thing there and Kiefer is very excited about soccer. I think our neighbor Travis is going to go with us too which is cool because he's really nice - his wife will be arriving sometime this weekend so he's excited and I am too because from everything he's told me her and I are a lot alike so I'm looking forward to meeting her. I told him the other night her and I can be each others support beam because she's really close to her Mom too - I think that's been the hardest thing for me is not being able to see my Mom & sister whenever I want. Last Friday my sister hopped in her car and drove down here, that was awesome!! It was unexpected but I couldn't have gotten a better surprise. The weekend was fun with her here because then Alex was able to work on his Greek and I was still able to get out of the house.
In the last blog I wrote about a lead on a car - we still haven't heard anything so I'm thinking it's been sold already. Oh well.
There really isn't much happening these days I had just been counting down the days until Greek was done and that was today!! And the best thing is Alex passed, not that I had any doubts because he is very smart and very dedicated to his studies.
Tonight we get to go to the kids' school to meet their teachers and stuff, they have a new family night which is really nice. I'll be sure to let you know how that goes and how the first day of school goes on the 26th!!! I know this was short and not much in it but that's all I have for now. TTFN!
