Follow up to yesterday

Well, I was talking to a friend this morning and telling him that I was thinking about applying to Capital to finish my degree so he instantly pulled up Capital's website and started looking up info for me & told me I needed to contact them. When I got home I did contact them and I was happy to find out that they don't have a time limit on credits earned (that was a concern of mine seems how the last classes I took were 10 years ago). I now have an appointment to meet with someone on Thursday to see which classes will transfer and what I'd have to take.

I have also gotten excited for 2 reasons. #1 I went for my first run today and though my legs seem a little soar (we also went for a 4 mile bike ride Sunday) I feel great and want to continue. #2 I think I might know what I want to do when I grow up.

After I told Alex about wanting to go back to school he was kind of joking with me that I should go to Capital and finish then go to Trinity to get a Masters degree in Christian Education - he said that and I instantly thought that would be awesome. While running today I got thinking about the things I miss in MI (other than family & friends), I really miss working at the church & I miss being in charge of all the Sunday School classes & curriculum and Vacation Bible School - I loved doing this when I was in MI. So maybe I have finally figured out what I want to be when I grow up, guess it's better now than another 30 years from now, right?
